At Phytovitality AG in Weiningen, Switzerland, we have been instrumental in developing one of Europe’s largest CBD cannabis flower production facilities, covering over 10,000 m². Our mission: to ensure consistently high-quality production for both medical and recreational markets and to achieve the prestigious SwissMedic certification for THC cannabis production.
In just 1.5 years, we successfully established a stable growing process with complete disease control from cuttings to harvest. Thanks to the rigorous implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and full compliance with GACP standards, Phytovitality was granted the permit to produce medical-grade THC cannabis.

Addressed major challenges like Botrytis and pests by implementing a strict watering strategy, controlling canopy density through pruning, and introducing a full Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system with standardized predator introductions and biological control agents. - Harvest
Shifted from mechanical to manual debudding, significantly increasing bud size and quality. - Post-Harvest
Standardized drying and curing processes, implemented advanced measurement tools to control humidity and bud density, and improved storage conditions for long-term product stability and premium quality.
